In addition to general presentations and team presentations, the event features technical poster presentations, where real hard-core science can be presented. We also welcome project presentations or any other poster presentation that will bring interesting information regarding AI activities in our labs. Demos are obviously also welcome. All these presentations are of crucial importance so that we don’t limit ourselves to general thoughts, barely scratching the surface.
If you are interested in presenting a poster or a demo, please send an email to Elisa and Guig specifying your team, the title of your poster/demo. Also feel free to contact us if you have doubts whether you should be presenting of not.
There are no strict deadline for poster proposals but for practical reasons, we however would like to have your input by April 9. Thank you for your comprehension. If you missed the deadline, no worries, we’ll see what we can do for you!
Last but not least, the idea of the event is to share information between us in an informal and friendly manner, to get an overview of AI activities in the labs, taking AI in a broad sense. As it is an informal event, we’re not expecting you to specifically prepare posters for the event. We rather expect you to reuse existing material from recent conferences and events.
