In this talk, we will address these topics with an interpersonal interaction point of view. In particular, we will introduce interpersonal human-machine interactions schemes and models with a focus on definitions, sensing and evaluations at both behavioral and physiological levels. We will show how these models are currently applied to detect engagement in multi-party human-robot interactions, detect human\u2019s personality traits and task learning.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Biography<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Currently head of the IMI2S (Interaction, Multimodal Integration and Social Signal) research group at the Institute for Intelligent Systems and Robotics (CNRS UMR 7222), University Pierre and Marie Curie-Paris 6.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino,serif;\">Mohamed Chetouani received his PhD degree in Speech Signal Processing (2004) from the UPMC, Paris. He is now a Full Professor in Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning in the same university. Currently working in the IMI2S (Interaction, Multimodal Integration and Social Signal) research group at the Institute for Intelligent Systems and Robotics, his research activities focus on the areas of social signal processing and personal robotics through non-linear signal processing, feature extraction, pattern classification and machine learning.<br \/>\nSince 2014, he is the Deputy Director of the Laboratory of Excellence of the SMART project which aims globally to enhancing the quality of life in our digital societies. He is also a coordinator of the Clinics of Autonomy programme, Institut Universitaire d&#8217;Ing\u00e9nierie en Sant\u00e9.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Keynote2\">Hedinn STEINGRIMSSON, RANNIS<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Title<\/span>: <em><strong>Psychological research and eye tracking in the field of chess<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Biography<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chess Grandmaster, senior trainer and researcher in Machine Learning applied on psychology.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino,serif;\">Hedinn Steingrimsson is one of the best educated top level chess players in the world, with three MSc degrees. He is a specialist in human machine interaction, software, AI and psychological research related to chess. Also in how chess can be leveraged for cognitive improvement and more generally how the human mind and AI can be merged to enhance human performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino,serif;\">He is a regular reviewer for Chessbase, the largest chess software developer in the world. He is currently the highest ranked chess player in Iceland, a Grandmaster and FIDE Senior Trainer.
