BIPLOS is an INRIA associated team between :

members of INOCS, an INRIA research team : INOCS (Integrated Optimization with Complex Structure)

and

members of the Instituto Sistemas Complejos de Ingeniería (ISCI), Santiago de Chile

devoted to bilevel programming, a fairly recent branch of optimization, and its application to specific problems in logistics and security.
