Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee. All guests are required to make their own accommodation arrangements.<\/p>\n

Please be aware: Juan les Pins is a touristic city on the French Riviera and the hotels can be full even so in November. Thus we cannot insist enough on the necessity to reserve your room as early as possible.<\/p>\n

Accommodation has been reserved at a range of hotels in the area close to the Convention Centre. Special discounted rates have been negotiated for Conference delegates and are ONLY available by booking via the online booking system.<\/p>\n
