This will be the first edition of the Colloquium Combinatorics and Life Sciences.
As its name indicates, the objective of this Colloquium is to bring together the communities involved in combinatorial computer science and mathematics on one hand, and in computational biology on the other. The idea is that the researchers from the second community present the types of mathematical and algorithmic problems they usually face, while the researchers from the first community present the recent advances in their areas.
This first edition will place in Lyon, in presence only, from September 29 at 2pm to October 2, 2025 at noon.
The Colloquium will have mainly keynote speakers from both communities, but also some slots for shorter presentations from the attendees in general.
Registration is free but mandatory. In case you are also interested in giving a short presentation (not obliged!), do not forget when registering to indicate this, and also to add a title and a short abstract. Notice that the number of places is limited for both attendees and short presentations.
