In the latest release of Damaris that can be found here (i.e. version 1.2.0), writing simulation results into HDF5 format (.h5 files) is supported. Using this release, all Damaris dedicated core are able to dump the datasets into HDF5 format either collectively (one HDF5 file for all the dedicated cores) or one file per each dedicated core.
