Ensuite, des nouvelles formes d&rsquo;ondes conformes aux contraintes de faible consommation \u00e9nergetique seront propos\u00e9es dans ce WP. Le WP3 sera d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la couche d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s multiple et des algorithmes\u00a0de gestion\u00a0de resources radios seront propos\u00e9s.
