In any case, when preparing your travel please prefer the train option rather than the plane option whenever possible.<\/p>\n<h2>Transportation<\/h2>\n<h3>Coming by train (recommended)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Train Stations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regional train station of Arc-et-Senans at 100m. <a href=\"https:\/\/m.ter.sncf.com\/bourgogne-franche-comte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">See regional trains<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Direct high-speed train (TGV) from Paris (2h20) and from Lausanne (1h30), direct regional train (TER) from Lyon (2h20). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sncf.com\/fr\"> Check the SNCF website<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For instance, from Paris,<\/strong> the three following itineraries are possible:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Option 1: From Paris center by train via D\u00f4le (easiest)<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>High-speed train (TGV) from Paris-Gare-de-Lyon to D\u00f4le (2 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Regional train (TER) from D\u00f4le to Arc-et-Senans (20 minutes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Option 2: From Paris center by train via Besan\u00e7on<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>High-speed train (TGV) from Paris (Gare de Lyon) to Besan\u00e7on Franche-Comt\u00e9 (2 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Bus\/coach from Besan\u00e7on Franche-Comt\u00e9 to Besan\u00e7on-Viotte<\/li>\n<li>Regional train (TER) from Besan\u00e7on-Viotte to Arc-et-Senans (20 minutes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Option 3: From Paris center by train and then taxi<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>High-speed train (TGV) from Paris (Gare de Lyon) to Gare de Mouchard (1 per day)<\/li>\n<li>Taxi from Mouchard to la Saline. Taxi has to be booked a few days before (course ~20\u20ac), ask us for contact details if you need a taxi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coming by plane<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Closest Airports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mulhouse-Basel, Geneva, D\u00f4le\/Tavaux and Lyon.
