The workshop provides a platform for exchange of ideas, discussion and co-operation. It focuses on the <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"http:\/\/www.grande-region.net\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.grande-region.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Grande Region<\/a>, but is open to submissions and participation of the whole scientific community working in security and reliability. The GRSRD is jointly organized by the <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"http:\/\/www.uni.lu\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uni.lu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">University of Luxembourg<\/a>, <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"http:\/\/www.loria.fr\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.loria.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">LORIA-INRIA Nancy<\/a>, <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"http:\/\/www.uni-saarland.de\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uni-saarland.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Saarland University<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/cispa.saarland\/\">CISPA<\/a>, and previously the <a class=\"urlextern\" title=\"http:\/\/www.uni-trier.de\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uni-trier.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">University of Trier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Previous editions of GRSRD were held in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saarbr\u00fccken &#8211; Therefore, abstracts submitted to the GRSRD 2019 may report on work in progress, be submitted to other places, and they may even already have appeared or been accepted elsewhere. We particularly welcome submissions that have the potential to stimulate the scientific interaction within the Grande Region. The reviewing process will mainly determine whether a submitted abstract promises to fit into the scope of this workshop.
