The French Embassy in Canada and Campus France offers scholarships to PhD or post-doctoral researchers of Canadian universities for 2-months research mobility in France. The objective of this new program is to facilitate and strengthen collaboration in prioritary scientific fields as defined during the first joint commission on science, technology and innovation between France and Canada in 2023.
The call for applications is open to the following themes:
- Emerging technologies : AI, quantum, etc.
- Health: global health, public health policy, genomics, etc.
- Ocean and polar sciences: oceanography, biodiversity, marine ecology, etc.
- Energy: renewable energy, transition to net zero, sustainability, etc.
The grant covers the international flights (round trip from Canada to France in economy class), a mobility allowance of 1700 euros/month and the health insurance (including liability insurance).

- Announcement of results: end of February 2025
- Period of stay: any time in 2025.
