Inria, the University of Waterloo and Université de Bordeaux have jointly organized a workshop on February 21 and 22, 2024 at the Inria Center of the University of Bordeaux.
- 1st workshop organized on this tripartite model by Inria with a French university partner of Inria and an international strategic partner,
in the presence of Nicolas Roussel, Director of the Inria research center at the University of Bordeaux, Bernard Duncker, Associate Vice President Research and International, University of Waterloo, Laurent Servant, Vice President Delegate for International Relations at the University of Bordeaux and Cécile Vigouroux, Director of International Relations at Inria.
- Renowned keynote speakers were invited to present their work: François Pattou, Université de Lille, CHU Lille; Shai Ben David, University of Waterloo, Wendy Mackay, Centre Inria de Saclay and Noura Liman, University of Waterloo.
- Some thirty researchers from the University of Waterloo, the University of Bordeaux and Inria teams from various centers (Centre Inria de l’Université de Bordeaux, Centre Inria de l’Université de Lille, Centre Inria de l’Université de Rennes and Centre Inria de Saclay) also presented research projects in the chosen themes: Digital Health, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction and Security.
