The main objective consists in designing and implementing a visible light communication based paradigm for vehicular communications. In order to do that in an effective way and to work in a real vehicular context, we need to characterize all the type of interferences, disturbs and noise we can have outdoor and above all deriving from the interactions of the optical waves with the materials. In order to achieve the main objective of the project, we need to deal with a detailed and deep analysis of the environment and try to adopt an approach to adapt it for making communication possible and efficient.
