Please note that speakers are kindly requested to bring their own laptop along with them.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Posters<br>The poster size for Mascot-Num is standard A0 <strong>Portrait<\/strong> (841mm in width and 1189mm in height). Posters can be fixed with tape (not pins) onto poster panels. The conference will supply materials for mounting the posters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"background-color: #214d21; color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Catering<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Breakfast will be served buffet style from 07.00 to 09.30<\/li>\n<li>Lunch will&nbsp; be served buffet style 12:00 \u2013 13:30<\/li>\n<li>Dinner will be served buffet style 19:00 \u2013 20:30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mineral water and wine are served at lunch and dinner. Coffee is available after lunch. Additional beverages are at the participants\u2019 own expense.<\/p>\n<p>Accompanying person will have lunch and dinner with participants.<\/p>\n<p>Coffee break will be served during the work sessions, for all workshop attendees only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"background-color: #214d21; color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Hotel Services, facilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Internet Access<br \/>Free wireless access is available on site (1 Gb\/s internet connection)<br \/><em>Please note that conferees must bring their own laptop \u2013 there are no public computers at the venue.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Facilities in the rooms<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Air conditioning<\/li>\n<li>Television<\/li>\n<li>Safety deposit box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Students (master, PhD, Post-doc) will be hosted in double room (2 separate bedroom.
