Stanley Durrleman, Ivan Moszer and Vincent Henry from the IPL Neuromarkers visited the Fraunhofer Institute for Algorithms and Scientific Computing SCAI on march 21-22nd 2018 for a 2 days meeting. More specially they met the Martin Hofmann-Apitius’s neuroinformatic team to share expertises on neurodegenerative disease predictive algorithms and knowledge models. The collaboration resulted a project submission for the French-German grant program from the Alzheimer foundation “LECMA” and an abstract submission for the international 3rd Disease Maps Community Meeting.
