The aim of this workshop is to stimulate interactions between researchers working on new Optimal Transport problems arising in various applications, focusing on weak optimal transport, martingale transport, Hamilton Jacobi equations, generalised barycenters and extrapolation problems.
The workshop will take place from the 19th to the 21st November 2025 at the Institut de Mathématiques d’Orsay (Université Paris-Saclay).
