{"id":447,"date":"2018-05-28T14:48:49","date_gmt":"2018-05-28T12:48:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/project.inria.fr\/pisa\/?page_id=447"},"modified":"2018-06-08T12:01:02","modified_gmt":"2018-06-08T10:01:02","slug":"license","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/project.inria.fr\/pisa\/download\/license\/","title":{"rendered":"License"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><center><\/p>\n<h4>SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT<\/h4>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Software PISA \u00a9Inria \u2013 2018, all rights reserved, hereinafter &#8220;the Software&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>This software has been developed by researchers of FACTAS project team of Inria (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique).<\/p>\n<p>Inria, Domaine de Voluceau, Rocquencourt &#8211; BP 105<br \/>\n78153 Le Chesnay Cedex, FRANCE<\/p>\n<p>Inria holds all the ownership rights on the Software.<\/p>\n<p>The Software has been registered with the Agence pour la Protection des Programmes (APP) under IDDN.FR.001.230023.000.S.P.2018.000.31235.<\/p>\n<p>The Software is still being currently developed. It is the Inria\u2019s aim for the Software to be used by the scientific community so as to test it and, evaluate it so that Inria may improve it.<\/p>\n<p>For these reasons Inria has decided to distribute the Software. <\/p>\n<p>Inria grants to the academic user, a free of charge, without right to sublicense non-exclusive right to use the Software for research purposes for a period of one (1) year from the date of the download of the source code. Any other use without prior consent of Inria is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>The academic user explicitly acknowledges having received from Inria all information allowing him to appreciate the adequacy between of the Software and his needs and to undertake all necessary precautions for his execution and use.<\/p>\n<p>The Software is provided only as a Matlab source file.<\/p>\n<p>In case of using the Software for a publication or other results obtained through the use of the Software, user should cite the Software as follows :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A. Cooman, F. Seyfert, M. Olivi, S. Chevillard, and L. Baratchart, &#8220;Model-free closed-loop stability analysis: a linear functional approach&#8221; IEEE transactions on microwave theory and techniques, vol. 66, no. 1, pp. 73-80, 2018. <\/li>\n<li>A. Cooman, F. Seyfert, and S. Amari, &#8220;Estimating unstable poles in simulations of microwave circuits&#8221; in 2018 ieee mtt-s international microwave symposium (ims), 2018.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Every user of the Software could communicate to the developers of PISA [fabien.seyfert@inria.fr and adam.cooman@inria.fr] his or her remarks as to the use of the Software.<\/p>\n<p>THE USER CANNOT USE, EXPLOIT OR COMMERCIALY DISTRIBUTE THE SOFTWARE WITHOUT PRIOR AND EXPLICIT CONSENT OF INRIA (stip-sam@inria.fr). ANY SUCH ACTION WILL CONSTITUTE A FORGERY.<\/p>\n<p>THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED &#8220;AS IS&#8221; WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,WITH REGARDS TO COMMERCIAL USE, PROFESSIONNAL USE, LEGAL OR NOT, OR OTHER, OR COMMERCIALISATION OR ADAPTATION. <\/p>\n<p>UNLESS EXPLICITLY PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT, SHALL INRIA OR THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.<\/p>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<h4>CONTRAT DE LICENCE DE LOGICIEL<\/h4>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Logiciel PISA \u00a9Inria 2018, tout droit r\u00e9serv\u00e9, ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 &#8220;le Logiciel&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Le Logiciel a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par des chercheurs de l\u2019\u00e9quipe-projet FACTAS d\u2019Inria (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique).<\/p>\n<p>Inria, Domaine de Voluceau, Rocquencourt &#8211; BP 105<br \/>\n78153 Le Chesnay Cedex, France<\/p>\n<p>Inria d\u00e9tient tous les droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 sur le Logiciel.<\/p>\n<p>Le Logiciel a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l&#8217;Agence pour la Protection des Programmes (APP) sous le num\u00e9ro IDDN.FR.001.230023.000.S.P.2018.000.31235 <\/p>\n<p>Le Logiciel est en cours de d\u00e9veloppement et Inria souhaite qu&#8217;il soit utilis\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 scientifique de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 le tester et l&#8217;\u00e9valuer, et afin qu\u2019Inria puisse le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant le faire \u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n<p>A cette fin, Inria a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de distribuer le Logiciel.<\/p>\n<p>Inria conc\u00e8de \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisateur acad\u00e9mique, gratuitement, sans droit de sous-licence, pour une p\u00e9riode de un (1) an \u00e0 compter du t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement du code source, le droit non-exclusif d&#8217;utiliser le Logiciel \u00e0 fins de recherche. Toute autre utilisation sans l\u2019accord pr\u00e9alable d\u2019Inria est exclue.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilisateur acad\u00e9mique reconna\u00eet express\u00e9ment avoir re\u00e7u d\u2019Inria toutes les informations lui permettant d\u2019appr\u00e9cier l\u2019ad\u00e9quation du Logiciel \u00e0 ses besoins et de prendre toutes les pr\u00e9cautions utiles pour sa mise en \u0153uvre et son utilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Le Logiciel est distribu\u00e9 sous forme d&#8217;un fichier source Matlab.<\/p>\n<p>Si le Logiciel est utilis\u00e9 pour la publication de r\u00e9sultats, l\u2019utilisateur devra citer le Logiciel de la fa\u00e7on suivante : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A.
