The meeting room is equipped with wifi, data projector and a projection screen. - Poster room:
The poster size is a standard A0 Portrait (841mm in width and 1189mm in height). Posters can be fixed with tape (not pins) onto poster panels provided in the room. - Catering:
Lunch will be served in buffet style between 12:30 and 14:00. Coffee is available after lunch.
Coffee breaks will be served for each morning/afternoon sessions (for attendees only).
