The information collected in this event is processed by the QIA 2026 organizing committee, acting as the data controller, for the purpose of managing your registration for the workshop, organizing your participation, sending you practical information related to the event and, where applicable, managing attendance certificates, invoicing, dietary preferences or accessibility needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The data collected may include your first name, last name, email address, affiliation, position, country, participation choices, dietary preferences, accessibility needs and any other information necessary for the organization of the event. These data are intended solely for the organizing team and, where necessary, for service providers involved in the organization of the workshop, such as the registration platform or the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The data will be retained for the period necessary to organize and follow up on the workshop, and then archived until the completion of mission\/travel follow-up procedures and the generation of the final report, unless legal obligations require a longer retention period, in particular for data related to invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
