Participation to the SAMSON School is subject to payment of a registration fee of 350€.
The registration fee covers:
- Accommodation from June 13 (Monday) to June 17 (Friday): 4 nights in a twin room (i.e. two persons per room) at the Aquakub hotel.
- Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks.
- Gala dinner on Tuesday evening (June 14).
- School materials.
Travel costs and other costs are not included, and are the responsibility of each participant.
A limited number of grants are offered by the Nanosciences foundation in Grenoble, to reimburse both travel costs and the registration fee. To apply for such a grant, please write to samson-school-2016@samson-connect.net.
Invitation letters to obtain visas will be sent upon request.
Certificates of attendance will be provided at the school.
