It is now possible to define a subject name prefix for every center associated to a study.
This allows to have a better and standardize subject naming along the study.
Example:
– every subject from center Grenoble will have to start with “GRE-”
– every subject from center Rennes will have to start with “REN-”
This prefix has to start with the study name, and can be completed from study edition. This prefix is optional.
Then, at the subject creation, according to the selected center during the import, the subject common name is pre-set using the prefix. The subject common name cannot be the prefix only.
If the subject name does not respect the prefix, then a warning is displayed, but it is not mandatory to respect it for the moment.
