Submission guidelines:
– (For Full Papers) : The manuscript must not exceed 10 pages.
– Formatting must comply with IEEE standards.
– Submissions must include all required elements (abstract, figures, references, and tables).
– Authors submitting a Long Abstract will have additional time to submit their Full Paper, following the evaluation process.
– (For Long Abstracts): The abstract must be at least three pages long and should provide detailed information on the research context, including the problem statement, research question, or hypotheses. If applicable, it should also outline the experimental framework and be supported by at least 10 bibliographic references.
