Edito - October 2016

As you may read, this edition of the newsletter highlights a number of opportunities to support transatlantic research collaborations. Please have a look and consider applying.

In addition to the open calls, this edition of the newsletter highlights:

•  The Associate team IT-SG-WN that investigated the interplay between stochastic geometry and network information theory, with a particular emphasis on wireless networks.

• The ERC-funded project ONE led by a researcher of the DECIbel associate team. The interview is also the occasion to emphasize the opportunity for researchers to apply for ERC grants, where Inria is performing among the best on the Computer Science panel.

Valerie Issarny, program scientific coordinator, on behalf of the Inria@SiliconValley Team
