The 7th Inria@SiliconValley workshop (BIS’2017) is less than a month away! 

The program is shaping up: you can check the pages of the workshop for updates and register at:

To help us with the organization, we kindly ask you to register as soon as possible (and before June 1st). 

Featured in this month edition:

• A focus on the SIRIUS associate team between IN-SITU (now EX-SITU) Inria team in Saclay and Stanford University;

•  The « Chancellor’s award for public service » awarded to the CITRIS-Inria APPCIVIST project;

•  The UNESCO-Inria partnership to preserve and share software heritage;

•  The GDM thesis prize awarded to Matthieu Lê for his research with the ASCLEPIOS Inria team.

Also, we would like to warmly congratulate Rajesh Gupta from UC San Diego who was appointed Inria International Chair for a period of five years during which he will work with the TEA Inria research team in Rennes on end-to-end system codesign, with a specific focus on timing and energy issues in embedded systems.
