It is co-organized by Inria and its partners in California. \u00a0The objectives of the workshop are to present the current status of ongoing scientific collaborations and to work on proposals for future ambitious joint projects. BIS\u20192015 is organized in partnership with\u00a0<a title=\"CITRIS \" href=\"http:\/\/citris-uc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">CITRIS<\/a>,\u00a0The Center for Information Technology Research in the Interest of Society, and the\u00a0French Ministry of Foreign Affairs\u00a0(see the page of\u00a0<a title=\"The Sceince Office @ the French Consulate in San Francisco\" href=\"http:\/\/sf.france-science.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Science Office @ the French Consulate in San Francisco<\/a>) and will be hosted by CITRIS on May 12-14, 2015 on the University of California Berkeley Campus. The BIS program is structured so as to foster exchange among participants about ongoing as much as potential future collaborations.
