The fees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Early bird<\/strong> (before <s>December 9th<\/s> <strong>December 23rd<\/strong>, 2025): 700\u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late owl (before January 9th, 2025): 800\u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The registration fees include:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to conference sessions from February 9th (afternoon) to February 13th (morning),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coffee breaks,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) from Monday 3PM to Friday 2PM,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation from Monday 9th to Friday 13th,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bus from Grenoble to the place of the event (Escandille, Autrans).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The registration fees do NOT include:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lunch on Monday 9th &amp; dinner on Friday 13th,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel to Grenoble.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Practical information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Where are we going?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the indoor activities (classes, meals, accommodation) happen at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escandille.com\/\"><strong>Escandille<\/strong><\/a>, in Autrans (<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/DMyKGTvur77eV4WN8\">maps<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scheduling your trip<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Please check the <a href=\"https:\/\/project.inria.fr\/soraim\/home\/program\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"81\">Programme<\/a> to schedule your trip:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On Monday February 9th, you need to reach Grenoble Bus Station before the bus from Grenoble to the Escandille leaves (2PM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On Friday February 13th, your travel back should start no earlier than when the bus from Escandille to Grenoble arrives at Grenoble Bus Station (3PM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By plane<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The easiest way to come to Grenoble by plane is to arrive at Lyon\/Saint-Exupery (LYS) and take a shuttle bus. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blablacar.co.uk\/bus\">OUIBUS<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/global.flixbus.com\/\">FlixBus<\/a> provide shuttles every 30 mins between Grenoble and Lyon-Saint Exup\u00e9ry airport (1h-journey).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Otherwise, the second nearest airports are Geneva (GVA), Paris Charles-de-Gaulle (CDG), and Paris Orly (ORY). For Geneva, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blablacar.co.uk\/bus\">OUIBUS<\/a> provides shuttles 6 times a day between Grenoble and Geneva International airport (~2h30-journey). Train between Geneva (city) and Grenoble (2hrs) : a train every ~2 hours. (See below for train from CDG airport).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By train<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TGV train between Grenoble and Paris :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>from Paris Gare-de-Lyon (city) : 4-5 direct round-trips by TGV\/day (3hrs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from Paris Gare-de-Lyon (city), with a connection at Lyon (3h45) : a train every hour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from CDG Airport, with a change at Lyon (3h45): a train every ~2 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trains between Lyon (city) and Grenoble (1hrs15mins): a train every hour<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By bus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/global.flixbus.com\/\">Flixbus<\/a> offers many possibilities to travel to Grenoble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In you <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">miss<\/mark> the bus to Escandille<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have issues during your travel, and you arrive later than 2PM on Monday, you can fall back on the public transportation system. You can take the bus up to Autrans. To that aim you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First take the bus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vercors-experience.com\/medias\/documents\/Horaires_T64_-_2025-26.pdf\">T64<\/a> (gray columns) or the bus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vercors-experience.com\/medias\/documents\/Horaires_T65_-_2025-26.pdf\">T65<\/a> (yellow columns), from Grenoble to Lans-En-Vercors\/Office du Turisme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then take the bus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vercors-experience.com\/medias\/documents\/Horaires_T66_-_2025-2026.pdf\">T66<\/a> (yellow columns) from to there to Autrans-M\u00e9audre-en-Vercors\/Autrans Village.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Call us\/send us an e-mail when you are on you way.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration Registration to SoRAIM&#8217;26 is now open here.
