If you wish to organize the next edition of WCC please submit a short proposal (2-3 pages) three months before the dates of the upcoming edition containing in particular
- The organizing institution
- The proposed programme chair(s)
- Approximate location of the conference
- Logistics to reach the conference place
- Possibilities of accomodation and approximate rates
- An approximate budget (anticipated registration fees potential sponsorships)
This proposal should be sent to the mailing list: wcc-steering@inria.fr
Note in particular that
- The programme chair(s) of the selected project will be in charge of choosing the programme committee and proposing invited speakers, by taking care of the equilbrium between themes.
- The programme chair(s) of the selected project will select with the steering committee a journal in wich the special issue of WCC will be published. They will also be in charge of this special issue.
