**Important note**<\/strong> Because reservations and logistics shall be handled directly by Villa Clythia CAES organization, who needs an accurate approximation of attendance in advance, we kindly urge you to register before October 20th !!<\/FONT><\/strong> Changes will possible afterwards (in that case contact us asap at
\nsynchron2022@inria.fr<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Workshop organization will comprise a welcome reception on Monday morning (Nov. 28), and a Banquet on Wednesday evening (Nov. 30) at Villa Clithia. A Social Event is planned on Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 30).
\nPresentations will start Monday Nov.28 after the welcome reception, to allow participants to join the venue early Monday. Participants may arrive on Sunday evening, Nov. 27 (dinner can be served). Synchron 2022 will end on Friday (Dec. 2) after lunch.<\/p>\n

Registration fees shall be computed on the grounds of number of days attended (see below), based on information you will provide on the
\nregistration form<\/a>. Payments will be made directly to the Villa Clythia CAES organization. They can be made in advance using Bank Transfer (so-called “Bon de Commande” for French organizations), or on the spot at the Workshop with major Credit Cards. For Bank Transfer please provide the appropriate name and address for the invoice. Contact us at synchron2022@inria.fr<\/a> for any further question about billing.<\/p>\n

One-day accommodation will cost around 96\u20ac (VAT not included). Equivalenty, the full stay from Sunday evening to Friday after lunch would be around 512\u20ac. This includes nights, meals, the banquet and conference space rental. Social Event is offered by the Synchron organizers as sponsored by Inria and UMR I3S. A more precise cost breakdown is listed below. <\/p>\n

Individual room (including breakfast): 45,31\u20ac
\n Lunch \/ Dinner: 17,67\u20ac each
\n Banquet dinner: 30,45\u20ac
\n Tourist tax: 0,88\u20ac\/Day
\n Full coffee\/refreshment break: 5,67\u20ac
\n Simple break: 3,31\u20ac
\n Conf. room renting: 6 \u20ac\/Day<\/p>\n
