The Presidents of TBMS’2025 in OCTA\u20192025<\/strong> Multi-Conference invite authors\u2014including senior researchers, junior academics, and R&D professionals\u2014to submit their proposals as either a “Long Abstract”<\/strong> or a “Full Paper”<\/strong> in the recommended format (to be announced). Submissions must be in well-written English<\/strong>. After the review process, authors who initially submitted a Long Abstract<\/strong> will be granted an additional deadline<\/strong> to submit the final Full Paper version<\/strong>, ensuring proper follow-up and evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manuscripts must adhere to the IEEE template guidelines<\/strong>, following a two-column format<\/strong>, including figures, tables, and references<\/strong>. Papers should be prepared using the official IEEE template in MS Word or LaTeX<\/strong> and submitted as PDF files<\/strong> via the EasyChair System<\/strong> (submission link to be provided<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submission guidelines:<\/strong>
– (For Full Papers) : The manuscript must not exceed 10 pages<\/strong>.
– Formatting must comply with IEEE standards<\/strong>.
– Submissions must include all required elements<\/strong> (abstract, figures, references, and tables).
– Authors submitting a Long Abstract will have additional time to submit their Full Paper, following the evaluation process.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– (For Long Abstracts): The abstract must be at least three pages long<\/strong> and should provide detailed information on the research context<\/strong>, including the problem statement, research question, or hypotheses<\/strong>. If applicable, it should also outline the experimental framework<\/strong> and be supported by at least 10 bibliographic references<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
