Title : Efficiency of resonant controls for quantum systems: some open questions
Abstract : In the first part of the talk we recall the role of resonant
control laws in the motion planning problem for the bilinear
Schrödinger equation. Resonant control laws allow for a decoupling
between the dynamics of a finite-dimensional projection of the system
and the infinite-dimensional reminder. In order to investigate the
limits of the technique, we propose some way of measuring the
efficiency of the decoupling control and we present some related
minimization problem.
