Submissions

Paper submission is managed through EasyChair for the following two tracks:

  • Oral presentation
  • Poster session (including research in progress and demos)

Authors that would not want their papers to apply for possible oral presentation should inform the organizers at the time of submission. Submitted papers should be 2 to 16 pages long using LNCS formatting style.

Submission will be double-blinded reviewed by at least 2 program committee members.

NB: First login in the EasyChair system and then click on the link above to access the submission page.

Each accepted paper will be invited to propose a camera ready version of their article taking into account the reviewers recommendations. Note that being accepted as a poster does not require to reduce the length of the article. The organizers prepare the list of oral presentations considering the program constraints and the scientific interest for broader exposition of the work.

At least one of the authors must be registered to the conference. If not, the paper will not appear in the program.

Similarly to the 4th edition of the workshop, authors of selected papers will be invited for publication in a special volume in the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (Springer LNAI) series. The success of the workshop enables us to propose a standalone special volume of the AALTD Workshop (see LNAI N°11986). The edition of a new volume for AALTD2020 has been formally accepted by Springer.
