First kind boundary integral formulation for the Hodge-Helmholtz equation

Common boundary integral formulations of the first kind for electromagnetics are unstable at low frequency. Indeed the kernel of these formulations blows up as the frequency goes to zero. In the present talk we discuss how Maxwell’s equations can be rewritten as an Hodge-Helmholtz wave equation and then reformulated as a boundary integral formulation of the first kind with a kernel that remains bounded at low frequency.
