Martine Labbé is Professor of Operations Research at Université Libre de Bruxelles since 2000. She received her Ph.D. in 1985 from Université Libre de Bruxelles. She is a leading expert in Bilevel Optimization with applications in pricing and security. Her area of expertise also includes graph theory and integer programming, with a particular emphasis on location and network design problems.
Fernando Ordóñez is Professor in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Chile. He received his Ph.D. in 2002 from the Massachussetts Institute of Technology. His area of expertise is in optimization models and algorithms in engineering applications, including the use of bilevel optimization for security applications.

Luce Brotcorne is Head of the INOCS team and Researcher (CR 1) at INRIA Lille since 2009. She received her Ph.D. in 1997 from Université Libre de Bruxelles. She is a leading expert in Bilevel Optimization with applications in revenue management and pricing. Her area of expertise also includes integer programming with a particular emphasis on energy and network optimization problems.
Bernard Fortz is Professor of Operations Research at Université Libre de Bruxelles since 2006. He received his Ph.D. in 1998 from Université Libre de Bruxelles. His main research interests are combinatorial optimization, in particular decomposition methods for large scale problems and applications in network design problems and the optimization of Internet resources using efficient routing protocols.
Frédéric Semet is Professor at Ecole Centrale de Lille since 2008. He received his Ph.D. in 1993 from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. He is a leading expert in Mathematical programming with applications in logistics. His area of expertise includes polyhedral and decomposition approaches to address location, network design and routing problems.
Victor Bucarey is Postdoctoral researcher. He received his Ph.D. in 2017 from Universidad de Chile. Until May 2018, he was postdoctoral researcher at ISCI.
Pablo Escalona is Visiting researcher. He is Associated Professor at Universitad Técnica Federico Santa Maria. He received his Ph.D. in 2015 from Universidad de Chile.

Alejandro Jofre is Professor at Universidad de Chile. He received his Ph.D. in 1989 from Université de Pau, France (1989). He is a leading expert in Optimization and Game theory. The main application domains, he is interested in, are energy and telecommunication.
Vladimir Marianov is Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 1981. He received his Ph.D. in 1989 from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA. He is a leading expert in Location analysis. His interests include network design problems.
Andres Weintraub is Professor at Universidad de Chile. He received his Ph.D. in 1971 from University of California, Berkeley. He is a leading expert in Operations Research and applied integer optimization for transportation, logistics and problems in forestry and mining.
Sebastian Davila has started his Ph.D. under the supervision of Fernando Ordóñez on bilevel models in location analysis.
