Participants

1. Inria Sophia-Antipolis – Méditerranée (Inria SAM), J.-L. Gouzé, O. Bernard, M. Chaves. The Biocore team at Inria SAM focuses on the design, modelling and optimal control of artificial microbial ecosystems.

2. Laboratoire d’Océanographie de Villefranche sur mer (LOV), Sorbonne Université, A. Sciandra.A. Talec, E. Pruvost. Over 25 years of activity, LOV has developed strong expertise of microalgae physiology, biochemistry, and environmental response, as well as on population-level interactions among microorganisms.

3. Inria Grenoble – Rhône-Alpes (Inria GRA), E. Cinquemani and H. de Jong. The Ibis group at Inria GRA focuses on the analysis and control of bacterial regulatory networks, using a combination of mathematical models and experiments.

4. Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire de Physique (LIPhy), CNRS/UGA, J. Geiselmann, C. Pinel. The BIOP team at LIPhy studies different aspects of bacterial gene expression. It combines expertise in bacterial genome modification, gene expression analysis and control, and online
