Author instructions

Author of accepted papers have to fulfill with the following requirements:

  1. The electronic Copyright Form must be completed
  2. Do not add any page numbering, header or footer, other than the copyright info hereafter
  3. The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper (see Instructions)
  4. The use IEEE PDF eXpress is required to check if their final PDF file is Xplore-compliant
• To be submitted to IEEE Xplore, a paper must be duly presented by an author of the paper on site during the workshop. it is reminded that at least one co-author must register to the workshop day by April 15, 2019 at an author rate, even if the author is a student. A registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Please note that an attractive rate has been set for the full 5-day event including the main conference and all workshops and Tutorials. IEEE ComSoc is offering few Student Travel Grants to some Students who are an IEEE Member that attends at least the main 3-Day NetSoft event. Eligible authors can check the whole eligibility criteria and the application procedure at http://netsoft2019.ieee-netsoft.org/registration/student-travel-grants/.
