Practical informations

Arrival, On-site registration & conference secretariat

  • April 2 – 17:00
    Room Check-In at the Belambra «welcome reception desk» for all attendees and conference registration at the Mascot-Num desk
  • April 5 – until 10:00
    Room Check-out (you will have to vacate your room before 10:00am)*

Reception opening from 8.00 to 22:00 – Night watchman from 22:00 to 8:00

*There will be a luggage storage facility if you are leaving after 10am on the check-out day.

Conference facilities

– Conference room
The meeting room is equipped with wifi, data projector, projection screen, paper and white board. Please note that speakers are kindly requested to bring their own laptop along with them.

– Posters
The poster size for Mascot-Num is standard A0 Portrait (841mm in width and 1189mm in height). Posters can be fixed with tape (not pins) onto poster panels. The conference will supply materials for mounting the posters.

Catering

  • Breakfast will be served buffet style from 07.00 to 09.30
  • Lunch will  be served buffet style 12:00 – 13:30
  • Dinner will be served buffet style 19:00 – 20:30

Mineral water and wine are served at lunch and dinner. Coffee is available after lunch. Additional beverages are at the participants’ own expense.

Accompanying person will have lunch and dinner with participants.

Coffee break will be served during the work sessions, for all workshop attendees only.

Hotel Services, facilities

Free wireless access is available on site (1 Gb/s internet connection)
Please note that conferees must bring their own laptop – there are no public computers at the venue.

Students (master, PhD, Post-doc) will be hosted in double room (2 separate bedroom. The registration form will offer you the option to specify your roommate, if you have one in mind).
