All participants must be registered and are urged to register in advance. If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the conference organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration.

Registration Fees

All indicate rates above include a VAT of 10% at current rate at the day of printing.
(*) PhD student or postdoc registration rate only applies to participants who will justify their status.
The method of payment accepted is the payment by credit card (secured). Payment must be sent to the Congress Office in EURO (€).
Cancellation policy for individual registration & reservations
All cancellations must be notified in writing (colloque@agence-vert.com) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursement (will be processed AFTER the Congress):
Up to February 15, 2024: 10% cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee,
After February 15, 2024 no refund will be possible.
If unable to attend, a colleague may attend in your place. Please send written instructions for this.

Notification must be received by us in writing (email or fax) not later than 10 (ten) working days before the conference starts* for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund. * Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days.
Cancellation of the conference
In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, the conference organizers cannot be held liable by delegates for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc.
Under these circumstances, the conference organizers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to credit it for a future conference, or to reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.
Visa requirements / invitation
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance of the Congress. When the registration has already been paid, the registration fee minus a handling fee of 50 EUR (€) will be refunded after the Congress if the visa was applied for in time, and proof of this, together with an official notice from the embassy confirming that a visa could not be granted, is forwarded to the Congress Secretariat (colloque@agence-vert.com).
The Congress Office can issue, upon request, an official letter of invitation (for accepted authors only). You must first register and pay the registration fees in full. Please apply to: mascotnum24@inria.fr
