Information notice

Inria, the CRIStAL and Painlevé laboratories, as well as their respective parent bodies, are committed to protecting the personal data they process for the purposes of their activities. In this respect, they undertake to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) and the amended French Data Protection Law (Loi Informatique et Libertés). This page describes the personal data processing relating to the use of this form.

The data is collected on consent or voluntary basis.

Data records

Personal data is liable to be collected by the coordinators of the mentoring program listed in the sidebar on the right-hand side of this page.

The personal data collected in the registration forms are exclusively

  • the answers to the questions in the form

Recipients of the data

The list of the participants, exclusive of the answers to the other questions in the registration forms, may be transmitted to the Human Resources (HR) representatives listed in the sidebar on the right-hand side of this page.

The collected data are not shared in any form with any person other than the programme coordinators and, within the limits stated above, the HR representatives.

Data retention times

These data are retained for a maximum of 18 months.

Transferring data outside the European Union

No data are transferred outside the European Union.

Personal rights

Pursuant to the statutory and regulatory provisions applicable, in particular, French Data Protection Law (Law no. 78-17 of 6 January) and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (applicable since 25 May 2018), you have the following rights:
