General terms and policies 

The registration fees include

  • Breaks from July 4th to 8th, 2016
  • Lunches from July 4th to 7th, 2016
  • A lunchbox on Friday, July 8th, 2016
  • The social event on the afternoon of July 6th, 2016  (a walking trip into the Mont Saint-Michel bay following by a dinner)
  • The City Hall cocktail on Thursday, July 7th, 2016
  • A Conference kit

Registration fee :  385 Euros (including a  VAT of 20%). Note that there is a support under condition for INRIA’s and UMR-CNRS’s personals, see registration form page 2.

The registration method of payment recommended is the payment by credit card, via our 3D secured gateway. We only accept Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.

Note that in order to secure online payments, your bank may ask you for personal information or a security code that you will receive by phone or email. Please ensure that you will be able to receive your credentials.

Payment by cash will not be accepted.

Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. An invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment in full.

Cancellation/Refund policy:

Only written cancellation send by mail to edith.blin@inria.fr will be taken into account. Cancellations received until  June 19h, 2016 will be fully refundable. Reimbursement will be processed after the conference only. Cancellations received from June 20, 2016t won’t be non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. 

Data protection act:

In accordance with French low “Loi informatique et libertés”, articles 39 and 40, you have the right to access and rectify data about you. Inria has a “Correspondant Informatique et Libertés” (CIL). The CIL maintains a registry of all data processings inside Inria, subject to declaration under this law. He also secures your right to access and rectify these data. For any request, please contact cil@inria.fr.
