Villa Clithia offers a number of single and double bedrooms in the main building, as well as residential appartments and bungalows which may accommodate 4 to 8 people (may be an opportunity for students wanting to share housing). The Workshop organization will comprise a welcome reception on Monday morning (Nov. 26), a Banquet on Wednesday evening (Nov.28) at Villa Clithia. In addition we provisionally plan a boat trip to the famous touristic city of Saint-Tropez as a Social Event on Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 28).
The Workshop presentations will thus start later in the first morning (Monday Nov.26), to allow participants to join the venue. Nevertheless, participants arriving on the previous Sunday evening (Nov. 25) will be welcome (but no dinner served); workshop will also end on Friday (Nov. 30) after lunch to allow participants to travel back on that day.
Registration fees include accommodation, meals and breaks(around 92€ a day, to be adjusted depending on the housing options above) and the rental of the conference room. The social event and banquet are offered by the organization.
Payments for registration fees are calculated by days of attendance. This implies for us to request an accurate description of your arrival and departure dates. So please fill up the registration form as precisely as possible. For attendance estimation we will require registration to be made one month in advance. There will be penalties incurred to us by the hosting site in case of cancellations, so please let us know also well in advance of any change of plans at synchron2018@inria.fr.
Payment can be made on the spot at Workshop location with major Credit Cards, or in advance using Bank Transfer or so-called “Bon de Commande” (for French organizations). In the latter cases, please provide in the registration form the appropriate name and address where to send the invoice.
