These cooperation programs between France and South America aim to promote and strengthen the research projects in the fields of Information and Communication Science and Technology (STIC AmSud), of Mathematics (MATH AmSud) and related to the climate variability and change (CLIMAT AmSud).
The projects must involve at least one French team and at least two research teams from at least two South-American countries, with a preference for the projects which involve at least three countries from South America.
Countries participating in the STIC AmSud programs: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Countries participating in the MATH AmSud programs: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Countries participants in the CLIMAT AmSud program: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, France, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
The funding obtained through these programs shall support the research stays of researchers and students, the organization of workshops, summer schools and working meetings during two years.
Timeline:

- Results known at the end of the year
- Beginning of the projects in January 2024.
