Summary:
The project will address numerical modeling of overland flows which plays an increasingly important role in predicting, anticipating and controlling floods, helping to size and position protective systems including dams, dikes or rainwater drainage network. The major objective of Top-up is to setup and validate a new technology that will allow to exploit readily available high-resolution topographical data sets within the urban flood simulations
