How to submit your work to JOBIM

Important dates

  • March 24, 2017: Submission deadline
  • May 11, 2017: Notification of acceptance
  • June 3, 2017: Final version of accepted paper
  • June 3, 2017: Submission deadline for late posters

We strongly encourage young researchers, PhD students, postdocs and engineers to present their research results at JOBIM. Awards, delivered by SFBI will be given for the best poster and oral presentation.

Late posters (before June 3)

The poster should describe recent work, already published or in progress. It can be academic work or alternatively industry work. In this latter case, the presenting author of the poster should register to the conference at the “industry” rate, and the poster will not be inserted in the proceedings of the conference.

The manuscript is written in French or in English and is one page long. It must be formatted using the demo-poster template available in template_jobim2017.zip. If you encounter any problem, contact us at organisation-jobim2017@inria.fr.

Regular submissions must be made online, through the EasyChair submission system with a standard PDF file: submission site. You will also have to provide a short abstract (1200 characters max.) and a list of keywords.

Industry submissions must be sent directly to jobim2017@easychair.org.
