The information collected in this event is processed by the QIA 2026 organizing committee, acting as the data controller, for the purpose of managing your registration for the workshop, organizing your participation, sending you practical information related to the event and, where applicable, managing attendance certificates, invoicing, dietary preferences or accessibility needs.
The data collected may include your first name, last name, email address, affiliation, position, country, participation choices, dietary preferences, accessibility needs and any other information necessary for the organization of the event. These data are intended solely for the organizing team and, where necessary, for service providers involved in the organization of the workshop, such as the registration platform or the venue.
The data will be retained for the period necessary to organize and follow up on the workshop, and then archived until the completion of mission/travel follow-up procedures and the generation of the final report, unless legal obligations require a longer retention period, in particular for data related to invoicing.

Les informations recueillies dans cet événement font l’objet d’un traitement par l’organisation de QIA 2026, responsable du traitement, afin de gérer votre inscription au workshop, d’organiser votre participation, de vous transmettre les informations pratiques relatives à l’événement et, le cas échéant, de gérer les attestations de présence, la facturation, les préférences alimentaires ou les besoins d’accessibilité.
Les données collectées peuvent inclure vos nom, prénom, adresse e-mail, organisme d’affiliation, fonction, pays, choix de participation, préférences alimentaires, besoins d’accessibilité et toute information nécessaire à l’organisation de l’événement. Ces données sont destinées uniquement à l’équipe organisatrice et, si nécessaire, aux prestataires intervenant dans l’organisation du workshop, par exemple la plateforme d’inscription ou le lieu d’accueil.
Les données sont conservées pendant la durée nécessaire à l’organisation et au suivi du workshop, puis archivées jusqu’a finalisation des retours de missions et génération du rapport bilan, sauf obligations légales imposant une durée plus longue, notamment pour les données liées à la facturation.
