Participants will be provided food and accommodation during their stay. A gala dinner is scheduled for Tuesday 08/09.
Participants are invited to chose between staying on an individual room or sharing a double room. If you chose the double room, please contact the organization team to let us know if you have a preferred room mate.

Registration is now open. Please note that your registration will only be considered complete once the fee is paid. Notice also that early bird fees must be paid before 26/06, and that filling the registration form before this deadline but failing to pay it on time will require you to pay the regular fee.
Registration will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. If all the spots are filled, please send us an email and we will place you on a waiting list, we will contact you if there are any new spots available.
We are trying to get financial aid to partially fund the participation of students in need. Send us an email if you believe financial support is crucial to your participation.
