MR Spectroscopy (MRS) Support

Shanoir-NG now imports MR Spectroscopy (MRS) DICOM files (SIEMENS), detects them and assigns their MR Dataset Nature automatically (single-voxel or multi-voxel). In parallel with that development a better management for DICOM Enhanced has been introduced, next to a better display of previously pseudonymized DICOM files (patient icon).
