The Shanoir Consortium manages the open source software. The current members are:

• FLI-IAM (France Life Imaging – Information Analysis and Management)
• EDMUS Foundation (OFSEP)
• Neurinfo at University of Rennes
• Grenoble Institute of Neuroscience (GIN)
• University Hospital of Nantes (CHUN)
• Center for Biomedical Imaging (CIBM)

The Shanoir consortium is made up of two bodies:

• A development roadmap is voted every 6 months by the Scientific and Technical Committee (STC)
• The medium to long-term steering of the project is the responsibility of the Executive Committee (president: Camille Maumet).

• GitHub roadmap issues
• The members of the consortium express their importance on an existing,
  not yet implemented feature/issue, OR
• share a new feature request/issue with a short description (5-10 phrases);
  in the ideal case create a new “issue” on GitHub with label “roadmap” or
  contact by email mailto:developers_shanoir@inria.fr (subject: New roadmap feature)
