Registration fees and deadlines
Registration fees include the opening reception, the social event (guided visit of the historical center and conference dinner), as well as coffee breaks and lunches for the four days.

General information
- Payment is made by credit card.
- Students, except those benefiting from a student grant, are required to provide proof of their student status (e.g., scan of their student card) to be sent by e-mail to the following address: elisabeth.greverie@lirmm.fr
- The social event is included in the fees. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at the time of registration.Tickets can be bought separately for the guided visit in Montpellier historical center and for the conference dinner.
- If you have special diet requirements, please mention them at the time of registration in the comment field entitled `logistical information’ (second screen).
