PresPIN is organized around 4 Work Packages (WP):

WP1 deals with vessel segmentation and modeling from patient data
WP2 investigates new blood vessel models adapted to predictive simulation>
WP3 is dedicated to predictive simulation of perfusion MRI
WP4 manages patient data, software and experimental validation
