It is now possible to import Near-Infrared Spectroscopy data through the Brain Imaging Data Structure format in Shanoir.
Shanoir also allows to create NIRS type acquisition equipment model, that can be automatically matched on import, using device serial number declared in BIDS metadata.
The generated BIDS tree of the supplied study will also follow the NIRS BIDS template.
