Paper Submission

Paper submission deadline: February 15, 2020 (updated)

Three kinds of submissions are accepted: Regular Papers (max. 9 one-column pages), Short Papers (max. 4 one-column pages), Extended Abstracts for poster presentations (1 page). Submissions should be written in English 10pt or larger. The minimum line spacing is 11 pt. The submissions must be original work, not published or under review at any other conference or journal. All accepted and registered papers will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes on Computer Science (LNCS). The most innovative paper will be presented with the best paper award at the conference.

Reminder: To be published in the NetGCoop 2020 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 conference papers.

Papers should be submitted through EDAS: http://edas.info/N27049

Paper Preparation:
All submissions must adhere to the Springer’s LNCS format. For a detailed description, please consult the Author Guidelines for the Preparation of Contributions to Springer Computer Science Proceedings. The LaTex2e template which supports hyperlinks for the online versions can be downloaded (in zip format). Although discouraged to use, template files for Office 2007 Word are also provided. The authors are advised to carefully read the explanatory typing instruction documents contained within the corresponding archive file. Please note that the wide empty margins are to be expected. The LNCS series will be published in a smaller than A4 cut, and hence the margins will be rectified by the publisher.
